Die cast aluminum parts are metal parts formed by injecting molten aluminum alloy into precision molds through the High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) process, and then curing and forming the parts through rapid cooling.

Short cycle time: the cycle time of a single mold is only 10-30 seconds, which is suitable for mass production (the life of a single mold can be more than 500,000 times), and the efficiency is 80% higher than that of CNC machining;
High material utilization: no cutting process reduces waste, material utilization rate of more than 95%, compared with forging process to reduce material costs by 30%;
